  • @starcraft1980 There is none. And the possibility of your case is as great as beeing hit by a satellite. Its not a question of a "bystanders fault"-its just a very basic rule of humanity. I think its really sad one needs a law to enforce that-i just can´t imagine living in a society that is that sick that s/b thinks its ok just to watch s/b die and NOT wanting to help him/her. Really really sick.

  • @pg259 I'm not stating there is a documented case, however the possibility is real and not one that anybody should be forced into based on the fact of life that "people die" and it's not a bystanders fault nor should that kind of guilt be placed on an individual just because they happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

  • @starcraft1980

Yes we have-unlike you. Helping sb in need has NOTHING to do with wanting to be a hero-its just common sense and humanity. Name one single case were anybody suffers from hepAtitis B getting it the way you describe-thats just BS. And yes-i know what im talking about-i´m a physician and specialist for gastroenterology (they ones that treat hepatitis) emergency medicine. I hope if you ever have an acc. the bistanders aren´t as insane as you are.

  • @pg259 great government you got there !! how about this scenerio....you pull over to help a car accident victim that is bleeding, of course you want to be a hero and stop the bleeding. now you get back in your car and get some blood on your seat that you maybe didnt see on your pants. your child gets in the car later and gets blood on their hands then puts their hands in their mouth ( by the way hepitits B lives in dried blood for up to 30 days on a surface).I'm sure your family will be thankful

  • @starcraft1980

BS is the thing you´ll find between your ears..And yes-as a bystander you have a legal obligation to help. At least in europe. Not doing so will help you in jail-in europe up to 2 years. No matter wether you know the victim or not-its a human beeing needing help-so you should not need the law to force you-its a matter of principle. If you feel other way you just don´t belong to a human society.

  • @pg259 your comment is bullshit, it's not a bystanders fault that someone got into an accident. bystanders have no legal obligation to touch anybody they dont know.

  • helmet off and hair still sexy, should be a advert with this guy

  • @osumbuckeyenut

That is just wrong. This is part of the training for EVERYBODY on the way to his driver-licencse.

It´s NOT only for emergency serveice-everybody driving a car MUST be able to do this properly.

IF HE IS UNCONSCIOUS YOU MUST REMOVE THE HELMET OR HE WILL DIE.

NOTHING is worse then not breathing-results in dead in 5minutes. The ambulance needs ~8min to arrive-so either you help or the victim dies-and thats 100% YOUR FAULT.
