@RightCountry Ironically Margret Thatcher introduced the Internal Market scheme into the UK's NHS in an attempt to privatize parts of it; however, the result was that transaction costs went from 6% to 12% (In the US it's 25%), so the citizens of the UK payed double administration costs for free market reforms.
