I'm a bald-and-bearded pipe smoker here, too, and I really enjoy being bald. It's been about 1.5 years since I started shaving my head, and glad I started.

The "bald" look looks good. I like to keep my hair short also, that way if I ever do go bald I'll already know what it'll look like. :-)
