If u only put concealer on the rings of ur dark circles ur still leaving the underpart where ur lower lashline is dark..

@BeautyByAlannah I prefer focus on the "ring" but I do blend it toward the entire lid, I just try to have the most coverage around the rim of the dark circle because that part is most visible. :)
