Deputy Beats Man at His Own Home Part 1

A deputy follows a man home. The man's dad comes out of the house to see what is going on. Because they have had run-ins with this deputy before, the dad says he is going to call the local judge. First of all, the deputy didn't "follow" douchebag #1 home. He was attempting to stop him, hence the lights and sirens. Douchebag #1 broke the law when he didn't stop. Then, when Douchebag #2 comes in to the picture, he breaks the law by obstucting governmental administration / obstruction of justice. And when he is confronted by that, resists arrest. I would be willing to bet D-Bag 1 and D-bag 2 lost this case!

LOL Lets he legally arrested your stupid son and you came toward the officer in a hostile manner and he told you to get back "Im not going to get back". You threatened the officer when warned you to get back with with force "you hit me your done". Sounds like a threat to me. Not sure why everyone says the deputy followed him home. The deputy had his lights and siren on, and the driver was not pulling over as required by law. The dad was interfering with the deputy, so he placed the man under arrest and the dad continued to resist arrest. I'm lost.

I understand why that guy snapped. The police have to tell you why you are under arrest. You cant just slap cuffs on someone without telling them why. If all that guy knows, that cop could have been posing as a cop. And then gets a dog to chew on him. Id be screaming shit too. Fuck that. That cop is a piece of shit. All he had to do was say what he was being arrested for. But the cop had nothing on him. Now he's all of the sudden has a charge on him after he cuffed him.
