Winning the Casino Prize Car Audi R8 V10 in TDU2

This video shows the winning sequence when you win the slot machine for the Test Drive Unlimited 2 Casino special car.

Unlike the other pre-order cars such as the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport which you still have to buy with in-game currency, if you win the casino prize car, you can drive it instantly. It's a great way to get a fast car very early on, though it will be a while before you use it in any of the story mode races as it's an A2 class car.

Part of my pre-order bonus was access to the TDU2 online casino.

I went in and converted $30,000 into 15,000 casino chips, and played the slot machines for a chance to win this car. The car is valued at 1,000,000 casino chips ($2,000,000 in-game currency) but I didn't see an option to buy it, and didn't have that kind of money anyway.

To win the casino special car, Audi R8 V10, you have to play specific slot machines that cost 100 chips per go. In the first few games I won 15,000 casino chips, so I kept going.

The atmosphere in the casino is great; there are other people online and chatting while they try to win the car. There is also Roulette and Poker for anyone interested in some friendly card games.

Someone told me they had already won the Audi R8 the previous day. When I asked them how long it took, they said it was on their second try, which spurred me on, though I didn't have quite the same luck.

Three hours later it was nearly midnight. I sat down with 5000 chips and decided I would play until they were gone, and then leave for the night. An hour later, I was still playing, as little micro-wins kept the cash topped up. Then I won 15,000 chips again http://www.gamestunts.com/tryingtowin.jpg . I was going to call that a win and walk away, but I decided to have ten more pulls of the lever. Within four, I finally won the car, and with it, a whopping 50,000 chips (equivalent to $100,000 in-game currency).

I cashed in my chips and left with the car and $160,000. Very happy!

@henrikmartintkt I haven't played this game for a while, at the time no you couldn't, but there were a lot of complaints about this on the forums at the time and there was rumour of a patch so I don't know if that's still true.
