For people not aware of English and Aussie culture ... the coat Bonn is wearing is a Teddy Boy drape coat. Teds were a youth sub culture unique to England - also known as Edwardian Youth. You can be sure that Bonn is wearing it with a fair amount of tongue in cheek. Great Aussie rock band!!!
