@KeekieBrown are you could just put the picture on picnik after doing it that sorts out the kb and u can upload straight away thats what i do
1. do your edit on photoshop
2. upload to picnik
3. save and upload to imvu
4. tada ur picture is on :3

If you upload it by just going into 'Account' and doing it there. It never works.
Try this, Go into 'Account' As usual but go all the way to the bottom of the page and there is small blue writing, Click on 'Forums' After that, Another page will load again, Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click 'Profile' Upload your picture there, After you uploaded your picture, The page will refresh and it should say Your profile has been updated. Then just go to home, Done.

How i do the uploading before has all changed, Since IMVU Recent updates, They've taken away the otehr option for uploading your pictures in the 'Forums', So you would just have to downsize your picture you made to get it to fit in the 'Normal' Uploading place, The normal place to upload your avatar pictures are just in 'Account'
