Swank is such a great actress. She managed to look exactly like a boy in boys don't cry, exactly like Amelia in this movie, she is just so remarkable.

it's almost scary how Swank resembles Earhart! Perfect for the part!! AE is my hero! =]

This is a fine promo and Ms Swank is doing a fine job of promoting it as she did a fine job of playing Amelia. The only problem is in the absence of truth.
Amelia was born before women had the vote, but it is not true that she flew a plane when only men did that, as a matter of fact she was a latecomer . There were many licensed women pilots before her, including an Afro American woman who was the first international licence holder in the US of either sex.

I LOVE Amelia Earhart she's such an inspireation..To bad she's gone....I wish they new what had happened to her...Hilary Swank was perfect for the part she looked just like her!
