And that is why Thigpen played with OP. Listen to that sound, mmm. A good brush player can completely transform a ballad or a up-tune. Listen to Art Taylor's work with Red Garland. Thigpen and Garland are my two favorites in this medium, I'd love to play guitar behind them. Damn.
