Josh is my mega idol. He's the best speed skater ever in my mind! I use his technique as what I think about while practicing. I try to watch this video every day. Whenever he holds clinics, I'll most likely be there if it is in range... just like the one he just had in Citrus Heights, Cali. It was a bomb clinic! I went to both of the clinics he had in Victorville and the one in Buena Park. Love ya Josh!!!!

I love this vidio because I personaly know Josh Wood. Also, I am a speed skater, and it motavates, and preps me up for Nationals coming up soon.
