  • I think the speaker is incorrect in stating that since statements 1 and 2 force side AB into having exactly one length, then the answer is C. Before concluding that the answer is C, we have to prove that the information from statements 1 and 2 is sufficient to answer the target question. We haven't proven that the information from the statements is sufficient to determine the length of side AB.
