  • BipolarOrWakingUp (dot) com <----- A site of healing and empowerment. Lots of love and healing to you dear. <3

  • yes, Yawn.

  • have you read/heard about True Hope's Empower Plus? I am a bi polar 2 and began treatment with the product 1.5 weeks ago.. I reccommend you check it out...... good video, you are a brave bi polar to speak of it publicly!

  • Over 60 percent of people with Mental Illness - bipolar disorder- end up self medicating...unfortunately we are often misdiagnosed... and unfortunately meds that once worked tend to stop working and so we have to often switch. I hope you are feeling better and definitely relate

  • Being sober for 30 days is something to be proud of. Congrats!

  • "Hey Guuys, it's me. UUMMM UHHMMMM" lol

  • Hi, i have bipolair disorder for ten years, the way to find the right medication takes a long time like you said but with the years it gets better. But you still have the mood swings so adjustments of medication is sometime necessary. Hope that you get back on the track soon, but never feel guilty what you have(very difficult for me but i am getting there), it isn't your fault, it's a desease. I found it brave you talk so very open about it. Greetz Mike and sorry for my English i am from belgium

  • you seem down to earth, decent start to a documentary. hope things are going alright for you. i have bp, sometimes its nice to see that there are decent people on the net who are getting by with it too. i can never feel the same as anyone else with bp, i think that's the way i am but occasionally its a comfort to not feel isolated -i suppose...! good luck and on with the show

  • Hey Rachel are you taking Lithium ??? All the Best
