What about DietOramy dietary regimen? Have you learned of of it? I've spotted it aimlessly googling for options and this solution is just awesome... I am melting away my excess fat and I'm sensing healthier and stronger.

LOL, darn character limits. Anyhoooo- just wanted to say hi- and wow, wish all this was out there when I went through surg! Can't wait to see the rest of your video's-- I've gone up/down 5-10 lbs, but still holding around 127lbs at 5'5.. sz 4. It's all good- IN THE CLOTHES, lol. BCBS sd 1yr post op I'd be appr. for body lift, but right after my GBS, added clause for NO surg for weight loss of any kind, so request was-denied. SO-still have elephant skin. Keep on posting!! I've gotten through the first 10 and want to skip to the end, in anticipation-but stopped myself so I go in order. I am about 6yrs older than you,and (wow) just saw date-TODAY,am 6 yrs post op(what a coincidence!)--feelin' kinda blah and you are SOO-uplifting-STRONG! what u said--having to be more than you were-- to make up!*THAT HIT ME LIKE A BRICK! I'm the same-but never heard it said. AC

totally.. I lost 143 pounds I can wear a mens 30 or a womans 8 and I am super fat in my size small and mediums! LOL. check out a newer vid silly...

Funny I watched this and noticed that the right one is thinner than the left one and kinda vowed to tweak it maybe.. or maybe just pencill in the lighter one... who knows?
