The Hitchhiker's Guide to Equestria (Demo)

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to Equestria has this to say on the subject of Fancy Mathematics: If possible, don't use it. Designed somewhere in Ponyville by the lowly farmer, 'Big Macintosh', in order to show his younger sister, Applejack, the difference between one value and a hundred sub-values, or 'One pony plus hundreds o' apple trees jus' doesn't add up', it's quite possibly the most vulgar and inadequate form of decimal mathematics this side of Appleoosa. Applejack herself has derided the mathematical system, regarding it as a stuffy and up-tight way of saying, "Look, maw, I can mathumerlate." It should also be noted that Advanced Fancy Mathematics, designed by Big Macintosh in his spare time after he's been at the moonshine, is for trained professionals only, and if attempted by unseasoned mathematicians or hitchhikers, can cause cerebral haemorrhaging in every orifice in the body. Don't ask how that works. On the plus side, however, it is useful when trying to prove black is white, although its value in avoiding death on zebra crossings leaves a lot to be desired."

This took about two hours to make using Paint.NET. It was excruciating. I'd appreciate constructive criticism, but please, be nice, this was HARD. I feel sorry for Korean animators.

@DRAGOON2ONIONKNIGHT The film? The film's okay, but very weak in comparison to the other media through which it has been presented. Try reading the books, or look for the TV series. Or perhaps even the radio series. They're all very good.

@hotelmario510 I love that story. He was writing in England with a severe case of writer's block and couldn't put off answering the ultimate question any longer before he kept writing. He was staring out the window at his garden on a sunny day just trying to figure it out. Finally, he decided there didn't really need to be an answer to life, the universe, and everything because any answer he gave would be woefully inadequate. Instead, he chose something that meant nothing at all. 42. :3
