I've a fiat stilo. That sound means that the car is tuned (with chip or remapped) it should be the west gate valve that avoid too much pressure in the turbo (it is a garrett it is always working from 1400 to 4500 rpm) my stilo does that noise and the turbo is new!

Ok, I though it was from Laguna which are probe to turbo blows (fixed in April 2005 onwards)

@PhotoGalleria That sound is the turbo and is specific to 1.9 jtd to have that sound... some more, some less
