Kudos to Sara and her two classmates for speaking up about the importance of recess in schools!
Recess and Physical Education are especially important now with the increase of childhood obesity, childhood type 2 diabetes, and other inactivity-related diseases.
I also believe that exercise will help reduce hyperactivity during class time in children.
