Love the taste of Balut, but I haven't tried the Adobo style of cooking... I miss going to Quiapo with my best friend and eating Balut there... coolness!

wow I'm glad I didn't buy duck eggs before seeing this I'm sorry maybe it taste good but I really couldn't stomach seeing a physically formed baby duck and eat it. I'm really not tring to dis your cooking and I know its the same as eating a duck its not a humanitarian issue just that I'm a whimp lolz

O i totally agree i mean if i saw a hotdog or a hamburger how they are made i'm sure its alot worse right well i'm guessing i really don't want to know haha.

Adobong Balut is rarely available in restaurants but you can cook it by following JUAN's PATAHEs instructions. Thanks for the comment
