That is one sweet bike, very nicely done. I just put pipes, intake and seat (Lepera) on my S/B. What kind of tuner did you go with your engine sounds great? You can see my bike @AmericanSCPO

I am getting a Street Bob 2011 for $12K. I have been asked to get a Stage 1 upgrade for $1500. Do I have to get it?? And was also asked to buy warranty for 5 years. Please let me know what you guys think. Do I really need Stage 1 and extended warranty?

What type of headlight is that? I love the size compared to the stock light.
Thanks! Did you paint right over the chrome or did you have to prep the surface first? Are you happy with the way it came out? Sorry for all the questions, but it looks really good and I wanted to do the same thing.

@skorpion1028 scuff it up with a scotch brite pad first and then clean it with soap and water. I then just painted right over that. It will take a few good coats... after it cures it should look just like powder coating.

@dow3312 Thank you very much. Hopefully everyone likes what I'm doing to it now. It will be a WWII tribute military build.

I like what you done to the bike...
I have the same pipes on my 2011 Fat boy LO.
How did you find wraping the pipes over the heat shiels? How does the inner part of the pipe look??
tks

@HellOn2Wheels I just heat wrapped over the shields... easy but takes time to keep the wrap tight and clean.
