During RSPA RetailNOW 2009, Panasonic showed off it's latest POS workstation, the Stingray. As you can see in the video, the unit has a modular design to allow it to be serviced by the end user. So, should a screen in a high-volume lane get damaged or fail, the screen can be removed and swapped with the screen from another unit within minutes.
