@nucularwastelandsss In eastmarch, go to the nordic tomb of with the nercomancers,There will be atleast 1 outside,there should be a small path next to the tower,follow that path up the mountian and you are there

Can you just have jzargo do anything for you lol? because you can make him do commands, not sure if thats for a quest or not
