I wish our society had a better look on mental health support. Depression is a disease as surely as menangitis is, but while a person would be condemned as an idiot for not seeking help for menangitis, getting help from a therapist for depression is considered 'weak' or 'for crazy people'.
I ended up going to therapy because he wouldn't. At least I know now it isn't my fault if he kills himself... but God do I wish he'd try to get help too... Life isn't for going it alone.
