  • Awesome question . I will do a video for that tonight. If you are wanting to get them done now. Try some deadlifts, chin ups, cable rows, pull overs (on a bench) I will include all of these in the video

  • When you do true squats aren't you supposed to be squeezing and focusing on squeezing the gluts when you come up? That's a big point of doing squats like that, whether with or without weights. =)
