I am not a chef, nor do I have a culinary degree. I just watch lots of infomercials and love watching the crazy knife ones. Course I can't afford them, but I do have an old 203mm Wusthof that has been treated poorly then resharpened and taken care of. Let's see how it does. Item Today - Fish
