Before 1979, the U.S. strongly supported Iran's nuclear energy programs. Mainstream media is helping sell another illegal war. The way they do this is mainly by not reporting things or under-reporting things.
"Introduction of nuclear power will both provide for the growing needs of Iran's economy and free remaining oil reserves for export or conversion to petrochemicals" - Henry Kissinger, Secretary of State for President Ford

  • @Reido2828 I get what you are saying and I agree, but whatever the iranian government has done it does not nearly equate to the millions of people the US government has killed, millions of people that have been displaced, etc for their own gain.

  • @cypress13x Israelis are not more religiously puritanical than their arab counterparts. Hamas calls for the destruction of all of Israel & institutes strict Islamic laws on Gaza. The destruction of a country is not in Israel's constitution & Israel is still a secular country. Although the rise of the Haredim influence in the Knesset is worrying. Not to mention the Tal Law should be repealed. Israel is facing its own religious right, but no where near as bad as the Islamic extremists.

  • @EllyMcCormack And why Israel should have nuclear weapons then? They are more fundamentalists than any arab.

  • We Muslim believe in Jesus, we deeply believe that Jesus himself is going to kill the anti-christ with his own hands. The Anti-Christ can only come from people that don't believe in Jesus.

  • @Sambuca6178 Nuclear Weapons aren't used for defence, they're used for deterrence. If a country's compelled to use them it would be after an attack occurred. Even a brief nuclear exchange in an isolated region would be enough to threaten conditions for the entire biosphere on Earth. I agree that Pakistan & Saudi Arabia are countries that should not have nuclear weapons. With a democratic process being replaced with theocratic, dogmatism, I think all should not even be close to nuclear weaponry.

  • @jnyerere It's about time people are waking up. You are clearly awake! Your comment here is worth millions of dollars and people should fucking understand that both dummycrats and retardicans are two sides of the same fucking coin. I've stopped voting for the last 2 elections!

  • @EllyMcCormack Who the fuck cares if Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons? Why should only THEY be investigated when countries like Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia also may have nuclear weapons? Israel has massive weapons too. Why the fuck aren't THEY being investigated? We, the USA, also have military technology that's out of this world, so why the fuck aren't WE being investigated? Every country has a right to defend itself, or are we the only ones allowed to invade for oil???

  • My beloved America, please become friends with Iran! If America stops being such a threat to Iran, as America historically has been, then maybe America will have a chance to be good neighbors to Iran in the future.

Of course, Iran has acted in self-defense against America. That's why we must look at our America through Iran's point of view! Iran sees us as the bad guys. Any idea why? Our national security depends on answering that honestly, with Iran's help, then creating a peaceful solution.

I've gained appreciation for the Quran. For example, I discovered through prayer that Jesus was never crucified -- that he escaped after discovering Judas' plot. And so the Romans crucified Judas instead after beating him beyond recognition.

I guess the Quran mentions something like this.

Also, Jesus was never worshiped as a God until the Romans defined him as one. Jesus said he was our brother.

I'm looking forward to reading the Quran myself.

  • @eastariel so very true. It says inside the Quran that part of its purpose is to; correct (where devious leaders had altered, after the time of Christ), update and CONFIRM the Bible. Yet neo-con scare mongering portrays it as some "devil-book"
