NATO isn't just an alliance between european countries. So if not america fall to the muslims, NATO will still be there. I'm kinda taking your theory as a theory for a 3 world war, which will be european countries "occupied by muslims" vs america, russia and China. Rich politicans are not needed in such situations anyway. The UK, german, chinese, american and russian militaries are too strong for the small muslim militaries.
