Does Slim Fast Really Work? Yes and No

I caution you though, that slim fast contains hydrogenated oils and other other chemicals that are unhealthy. After years of using slim fast shakes, I found something much healthier than slim fast bars, shakes, and other products of this nature.

Eat real food, these shakes don't taste good. Whole foods increase energy naturally!! Why spend the extra money when you don't have to.

What about the Slimfast Shake powder? Do they still contain hydrogen oils? (I ask cause it's a dry powder.)

all of the shakes are bad for you, thats why you loose weight so quickly and water retention, if you want somthing with no stuff do it the natural way iv been doing slimfast for over a month and i have lost over a stone its great and taste just like a milkshake

I would drink shakeology but they are so freakin' grainy and nasty. If they improve their formulation and come out with good flavors and make it more affordable I'd give another shot but till then I'm sticking with slimfast
