This looks great. Love your serving platter, btw. Nice plate. I am surprised you did not sear the meat however as that ads a lot of flavor. You did add fennel which I have not done and will have to try that. Thanks for the video.

In making Osso Buco it is imperative you brown the veal shank first. This lady skipped one of the most important steps in the process. This dish will not have the depth of flavor it should have. I'm not sure what the point of grape seed oil is since it has no flavor what so ever. If you make flavored olive oils you can achieve and more flavorful result that goes much better with veal.
