It's called Dratini. You can get one from the game corner prize building in Celadon City for a certain amount of coins.

i remember i didnt save the game b4 battling articuno... i had my trusty lvl 29 arcanine and i used ember and it was a critical hit.... i freaked out but i was relieved when it had 1 HP :DD and then he got a burn and i threw my gameboy the wall....

@ddr5551 - If you're lucky, go fishing in the Safari Zone @ Fuschia City... you could hook a Dratini there.

W()W i tried like 100 great balls than i get frustrated n i use a gameshark cheat to get alot of master balls and then for the fun of it i threw a regurler pokE ball n i capture it in 1 try =(

@ddr5551 i used my master ball on him thats how pissed i was but i do have another master ball from which i traded from someone else to catch entei
