what's the point it it's only effects made on a picture/photo? it's not a "live" projection...

you are right, that is why it says trailer in the title, unlike other mapping projects documentation alike mock-up uploads...

this video was an invitation card for people to come and see this live. Too bad, you haven't had a chance to come and enjoy it!

FYI if you search youtube for dumbo arts festival, immersive surfaces, manhattan bridge projection, you'll be able to find a handful of videos shot by spectators on the actual projection. our ducumentation is coming soon too!
