I don't believe apologies will solve anything especially coming from this low life form that has become president. This president will go down in history as the biggest liar and the lowest form of life ever to inhabit the white house. He was elected by an ignorant number of people that wanted to be a part of history. For this we all pay. For what Barry Obama is doing he shames his entire race for eternity. A black man will never be president again (Assuming he even knows what race he is.)

This corrupt government stole our land, destroyed our way of living, and is now working to snuff out the Cherokee Nation. So... damn right I am against Obama; he has passed several bills already to take away our funding.

I'm sure he signed it to get someone out of his office. I think he is more concerned about his muslim brothers. Besides each time the US Govt does something for Native Americans we get screwed one way or the other. I don't want anything.
