This is the final video I will upload as part of a break between The Years tributes I am trying to master, this video as you can see is a slow paced nostaligia video about the good old care free days of those old sixties black and white Doctor Who episodes to the song "These are the Days of Our Lives" by Queen
I hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed making it as I can finally do a video about my favourite Doctor William Hartnell ,please comment and rate.
Doctor Who belongs to the BBC no copyright infringement intended as It is a non- profit video, the music is also a property of Queen so no copyright infringement intended for that either.

P.S The Peter Davison years tribute will soon be up but as you can see through the Don't Stop Me Now video I did about him, I have very little Davison episodes so I intend to finish watching his era before I start making it.

  • thank you, I'm glad you liked it

  • T'is brilliant. Your tribute to the 60's is lovely. William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton are fantastic. It's such a shame that many of their episodes are lost. I hope that they're found someday. Well done, Tom. Your videos are fantastic and so are you. :)

  • spot on! :)

  • It is my strong opinion that the Black & whites set the standard that the rest of the series had a hard time trying strive for.

They were also the best years for experimental sound & Music.

The Mystery is the Doctor was lost later on, although Sylvesters last few stories were in the right direction. However, you only have to watch the Cyberman Stories of the B&W era to admit that it had a rich atmosphere that colour cannot replicate. Which makes it more painful to know so many don't exist. :(

  • thanks :D

  • God, I just love this video. Hartnell & Troughton are my favorite Classic Doctors. :) Great song choice...makes me a little sad watching it heh. Rest In Peace guys.
