Ahahah TF, I've been following your tips on image hunting, but for this one miko around, I'm definitely taking the safebooru route, danbooru is a (gold) mine for Sanae, if you know what I mean!

There really is no damned best way to end an album than with a successful tune. Most circles decide to kick their material up with the best being first, but if you ask me, the exact opposite is a mildly smarter way to deal with things. After all, you leave with a sweet taste in your mouth at the end!

ARA shares my thoughts on this one. In fact, the whole album is piano arranges. Granted though, he doesn't need to pick out a 'better' track, because this is definitely one of the best C77 releases with icing and sugar toppings. You'll be surely seeing more of this in the future, in a very near one at that.

The Primal Scene of Japan the Girl Saw is pretty good theme on its own. Actually, I dig that one itself over a big chunk of arranges I've listened to so far. It's just so powerful and intense on its own! Definitely the perfect soundtrack for the road to Sanae, the superior miko!

At the very last tracks, ARA gifts us with this little miracle called Beautiful Country Forgets. Not only does he pull of insane piano skills, but the guy's got a vein for swing, whadda y'know? This is more of a "don't lose my next album, 'cause it's gonna be such a massive hard-on!" track to me more than anything. I'm eager to listen to more of this side of ARA!

Can you imagine what would be a full house'd Blue Note club at New York City in the end of the evening with all the crew like Tuck, Issay and Geist Jazz Band, Bugbeard, ARA, and so on? How amazing would that be? Or maybe at an intimate, warm little club in uptown Manhattan?

Well then, our session is about to start. Sit back and enjoy!

EDIT: Excuse me for the little blank space at the end, I swear that came out of nowhere, oh well.

  • I never really cared for jazz until I came across touhou remix jazz tracks, and for that I thank you naturalistick2 for the upload.

  • Oh yes, jazz is a truly delightful genre. You should totally drift off to another artists outside of the Touhou scene if you grow into it for the record!

I like to think jazz is a sound for the soul rather than the ears, for it is truthfully a deep, absorbing depiction of music.

No problems, none at all! I'm pleasured to help you develop your taste for it. And I'll gladly be uploading more for this goal!

  • I could really get into listening to this kat on a regular. Where can I find this artist, I need it on my itunes

  • @Naturalistick2 same here as varsil. I already did listen to jazz before, but because of these uploads my ipod now craves more fckin awesome jizztastic mesmerizing touhoujazz

thanks a bunch for these uploads

  • The thing is, Touhou jazz is pretty much underrated in my opinion, unlike some of the more popular ones (*coughmetalcough*), and I find myself liking a Touhou song more once it's jazzified (lol is there such term as this?). Even songs that I don't usually like in their original form (like this) become instantly pleasing in jazz genre. Naturalistick is right about jazz being soul for the soul.

I, for one, will certainly kill to see a full house'd Touhou jazz club. Wouldn't that me be amazing?

  • duruuuuruduuruudurudu that sax is awesome

  • Oh this is great, just brings up the memories of the night life in the city, wonderful
