  • i think the point is that, that it may be tru for you, but not for someone who's way past the beginner's stage..

  • @talusan909 it depends on which muscle fibers you want to use. if you want to increase your 1 rep max you should workout with a very heavy weight that you can't lift for more than 3-4 repetitions for example.
