New Ninja 250 has ridiculous performance. If you want a 250 bike try get a ZX-2R.

That all depends on yourself. If you know you might do crazy dangerous manouvres with a fast bike then start off with a bike like the Ninja 250.
If you know you drive safe it is fine.
I got the R6 2007 as my first bike.

this is old but after all that, get some frame sliders

yea i would say so..these things are powerful..i got about 1500 miles on mine now and got amsoil in it...in about a month or 2 i'll be gettin a leo vince slip on and a power commander then a 6000k HID kit...dont really know what after that though

nice bike man...i got a 08 R6 too..i wanted the blue but couldnt find one anywhere around so i got a silver..i got mine in november too and it was freezin..cant wait for summer
