This storm went through Bowie, TX where it rapidly increased in strength, I believe damage was reported from this cell in N TX and S Oklahoma.

  • thats crazy!

  • If only you did a long exposure photograph as well...

  • amazing natural theatre!!!

  • I remember at a festival in Victoria Australia on this island, 15,000 people camping out for 3 days for live bands etc. And we had one of these approach from the ocean in the late afternoon. They closed down the stages and massive tent so there were 15,000 people going nuts with lighning rain and wind for about 4 hours.

As it approached there was a waterspout off the coast. Festival was Pyramid rock, it happened on the last night of the festval on new years eve, easily best time of my life.

  • the movement is visible with naked eye, incredible storm.

  • cool

  • Amazing, it is my dream to see a storm like that.
