With Machu Picchu still closed, due to heavy rainfall in January, we needed to expand our scope and look for other interesting sights in the area of Cusco. Luckily it has a lot to offer. From beautiful Spanish architecture in Cusco itself to the Saqsaywaman ruins half an hour walking distance away from the Plazas de Armas and as highlight 'The Sacred Valley' with hidden gems: Moray, Ollantaytamba and Pisaq. All exquisite examples of Peru's rich Inca past. Have a look at the video and see what Ollantaytambo has to offer.
