    Yeah I know, a month later... Both are right about the squat depth. 90 and better ( ATG ) are both great for strength and your knees. Some athletes do not have the flexibility – ATG.

    So 90 is perfectly acceptable.

    Elated I stumbled upon this clip. Youtube is wonderful for this type of content.

    My good friend was formerly bullied. He explained he was gonna get bigger. I laughed... Then in a matter of weeks he gained 40 pounds of absolute lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - look for it in Google. No one dares to intimidate the man now. :-) I actually registered earlier this week. See what will happen. And this guys emails are fucking fascinating!!!
