This is a history project. We had to choose a proud moment in Canadian history.

We chose Operation Overlord, June 6 1944, the day that ended World War II, and better known as D-Day.

  • d- day did not end wwII. There was not 79% canadian there were way less canadians. i would give u a c-. Half of the stuff us said was not true. I am only 11 and i know more than u!

  • 79% on the specific beach, or 79% in total?

Because you might be 11, but if your living in America, I'm afraid that your education is very biased.

    It's been proven.

  • Canadians didnt do hardly anything in ww2, they mildy assisted the british. and what you idiots are trying to say is that the canadians were pretty much the main attacking force! i would say it was probibally 79% british and american, and less than 20% canadian idiots and 11% other

  • This is a project. A Grade 10 CANADIAN History Project.

We were told to focus on a Canadian achievements. You must remember that we are not a major film making company, we are 15 and 16 year olds doing a fucking school project.

  • those poor, poor, paper airplane pilots...

and they should use the mortal kombat song more often in war movies.

  • They should. They should.

It would make the world a more interesting place.
