Whirlpool Duet Dryer "control locked" flashes and dryer beeps

I have a two year old whirlpool duet dryer. The Control Locked light flashes and beeps every 3 seconds or so. Buttons are all non-responsive, unplugging the dryer does nothing.

Tried holding the "End of Cycle" button like suggested here:
http://www.fixya.com/support/t124334-control_lock_light

but it does nothing.

UPDATE: a week after posting this video the dryer started working again. Never figured out why the dryer did this but as of today, January 16th 2010, the dryer is still working.

Whirlpool also contacted me on Youtube a week after posting this so when you have problems with a product try posting a youtube video

Thank you for this video, you helped me alot!!! I had been reaching behind the dryer to pick up something that fell behind it and thought I triggered a switch on the back...looked up troubleshoot, your video came up and what a relief to know how easy it was to fix. Thanks again! :)

i have the same dryer and all of a sudden there is only cold air!!...

does anyone know whats wrong wit it????
