Were there any amp?
or just a guitar, cables and connectors and a software?
deathmagnetica 2 years ago
No amp is used in the recording that you hear ...
Yep, 3.5 mm sterio to 1/4 inch converter and a male to male 3.5mm into the line-in.
No "specialist software" was used, no editing was done, I just used my Webcam to record and set the Windows Mixer for Recording up correctly to record both the line-in and sterio mix.
[Which you cannot appear do easily with windows Vista or 7 because the mixer is inadequate].

Other than little phrasing lacks its very good... Great hob man...BTW ur running a noise gate, i can hear it...lower it a bit

Yeah about that...
If I did, at that time, you'd have heard my Hard Drives spinning because my PC was practically in line with my Pickups xD Unfortunately an unavoidable problem at the time.
But now I upgraded my PC and got some better HDD's it's not a problem.
If I ever get some time to nail more material there wont be a noise gate :-)
Phrasing lacks, meh, I just plain and simply suck - according to 1/2 the people on YouTube :P
Thanks mate! ;)

:D
Well I am recording with my Guitr plugged into my PC and recording from the PC Mixer ;)
Guitar -> Mixer -> Recorded
Sterio Sound (from Media Player) -> Mixer -> Recorded
So, you don't have sounds from the Room :)
That requires a Lead and a connector, which are not too expensive.
I have Busby SR-301's (Sterio + Bass)
Thanks!
