Yours doesn't look that bad, but as I said, go into Vegas and toy around with the sharpen tool. Who know, you might get an amazing end product. It's all trial and error.

I'm buying one of these tommorow. Does this allow you to edit or do i have to do that with a seperate program?

Separate Program, I recommend Sony Vegas.

Better, Best quality interlaces the video and makes it difficult to edit with. I recommend Better quality for the best outcome. It's easiest.

As well, I used a Medium Sharpen Filter in Sony Vegas to sharpen it up a bit. Without that it's a little blurry.
