1st Jaguar XK8 with LS1 & manual transmission. Jaguar Xk8 with an Ls1 5.7L V8 FI and T56 6 speed manual. This is a video of the first start-up. Engine only has exhaust manifolds in place, and nothing from down-pipe back. Interior still out of vehicle. The car was built by SPRY in Copley OHIO. contact Andre Soto or Karl Higley for information. 330. 573. 1319

  • But it looks like the throttle body is sticking up a foot higher than the hood. How did you resolve that?

    Hey Sam,

    Yes actually the Air flow sensor was in a temporary position because I hadn't extended the wiring harness at this point. Since then, with air flow sensor in the the right position, the throttle body does in fact clear the hood. It's got that bump in the center {as you well know}. No issue with clearance.

  • Nice..Where did you get this done? I have a 1997 with electrical problems but the body is perfect. I would like to do a similar conversion.

    We performed the swap in my shop in Copley OHIO, and used an installation kit from Jaguar Specialties in CA. Call me if your seriously considering this 3305731319.
