I read they changed the end. The end was going to be Caeser executing the humans but that didn't screen well so they changed it and added the second part of the speech where he says they will be more humane.
If it did end that way, was it wrong for the govr's aid to save Caesar? How about how it turned out? Was he right to save Caesar when it turned out Caesar made humans serve apes?
