this looks nothing like the elpaso video to me. the way this one moves and the flares make it clear its parachuetters. the elpaso one does not.

@Negativions Yes I know a report by itself isn't enough. But then again, the same can be said for reports made by the White House about something or anyone else for that matter. So read everything, listen to everyone but believe nothing unless you can prove it through your own research.

@nostalgicmind0308 Perhaps the illusion of hovering is given when the parachutist is descending at an angle directly into the line of sight of the observer. As far as the report of three hours, it's just a report.

@nostalgicmind0308 -I Live in El Paso, and No one ever reported these were in the air for 3 hours. I dont know where you get that information, but it is incorrect.

I believe in the possibility of "Alien" life, it would be ignorant to think that as large as the universe is and considering that it continues to grow, that there isn't a possibility of intelligent life elsewhere.

But having said that, this is pretty clear. They seem to hover only depending on your frame of reference but not for 3hrs

@z3r006 Did they also jump in Cincinati Ohio and New York city? UFO's there had the exact same pattern as el paso video. I think its a coverup
