  • So the red ring of death if caused by 1. it getting dust in it and over heating or 2. IF YOU HAVE THE XBOX UPRIGHT OR VERTICAL IT OVER HEATS AND DRIPS BLACK DEATH LIQUID AND FRY EVERYTHING

  • @UncleJzuanLemon BLACK DEATH LIQUID... now that's a good one LMFAO

  • What a dumbass. Wrapping a tea towel round a Xbox 360 over heats the system and traps dirt in the mother board. Wrapping it in a tea towel can permenantly damage the Xbox and that is why the red ring of death returned

  • @ThePeanut1234 dear dumbass.... if you would read the "about this video" you would see that i damaged it on purpose. I wanted the RROD... so it would be covered by warranty.

  • open your xbox remove all parts until you have only the motherboard ,remove the x clamps

turn the screws out of the heatsinks that hold the x-clamps to the motherboard and casing

turn in new screws m5 8mm long , put some pressure on them

connect your xbox to power supply without the fans after 2 a 3 minutes your xbox will overheat

2 red lights will flash (overheating) disconnect power let it cool down re-assemble everything

    and game on :-)
