No, because if she dies, it would create a contradiction. The host has to die in order for Roa to reincarnate; however, Ciel is still alive even after Roa found a new host.

Well, hitting 666 souls one by one(assuming that's effective in the first place) kinda seems impossible, but if she hits a good chunk of them first to weaken Nero, then MAYBE.. But we will never know, really. But Ciel has said that the best she can do is Seal Arcueid (in her route, Good End sequence), whether she uses the Scripture, Black barrel, the keys or whatever.

Arc is no match for Ciel in her condition during Chaos raid. Normally, she can take on 10 Ciel with ease. As for the match with Chaos, we all know that her speed is incredible and she is a heartless monster. I don't think she will hesitate to destroy a vampire (I find it hard to believe she spared Sacchin). 7th scripture is a holy weapon in which it can destroy almost any vampire, even Arcueid. Supposedly, it can kill chaos's beast, it wouldn't take her long to destroy 666 beasts individually.

Ciel is just too much weaker than a normal Arc. Arc normally has many ways to inflict massive damage (possibly enough for 666 beasts at once). Ciel, while she is Far above humans and normal vampires, has a bad match against Chaos, cause it's not one vs one, but rather against an army.black keys wouldn't affect Nero much. And even if we assume the Seventh scripture could kill each soul, using it to get 666 ones is overkill. And we never see her fully utilize that magic potential.
