Check out Ting's plans page at https://ting.com/plans

Ting plans aren't so much plans as they are a pick and mix of minutes, text messages and megabytes of data. Estimate your monthly usage (try the Ting Calculator at https://ting.com/calculator ) and pre-pay for your monthly usage. If you use more than you thought you would we'll bump you up to the next level without overage charges. If you use less than you predicted, we'll bump you down to the level you hit and issue you a full credit on your next Ting bill.

The best mobile plan isn't really a plan at all.

Very important question: does your service have access to Sprint's 4G (WiMax) or LTE network.

Our coverage is the exact same as Sprint's. We offer both 4G WiMAX and LTE where available and if supported by your device.

Wow, the level of customer service is incredible. I might switch fro VM, but then I have to buy a new phone. Any future plans to be able to use Virgin Mobile's phone?

Afraid we can't bring over Virgin Mobile phones at present. We'd love to see a day when devices can move easily between carriers... but that day is a way off.

So long as the smartphone is a Sprint device you can activate it on Ting (with the exception of the iPhone, BlackBerry and PTT devices). Beyond that it gets a little more complicated, that said, we are working on solutions for the near future. Lastly, you don't send the phone to us. You just activate it online at: ting.com/devices/bring

Got my last bill from Verizon for $71.22 and my first bill from Ting for $23.35 (incl tax & fees). Didn't change how I use my phone at all in terms of min/txt/data. New (Sprint)phone is roughly 3 generations newer than my old Verizon phone and about 2 generations behind the latest and greatest today which suits me fine. Best yet, no contract.

BTW... don't suprised if you call Ting Cust Serv you get an acutal person not a computerized menu.

How easy is it to add phones to an account? I have my family on virgin mobile and to move all 4 to ting at once would be expensive. I'd like to buy a phone every one or two months and move them on to the same account.

We'll have the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the Ting device lineup soon. If you're asking about briging your own S4, we're working on making it available under Bring your Device to Ting. Should be soon!
