@fuzzdizzle Umm this is totally false. No one speaks "latin". At least not in this day and age. It is almost considered a dead language, however there are people who still speak it. I think u are mistaking latin for spanish. Someone who is latino is NOT a "latin speaking individual", someone who is latino is FROM Latin America. For example, El Salvador or Argentina perhaps. And let me tell u... France is NOT in Latin America. In fact, it's in Europe. So if anything, the French are Europeans. (:

@Mofolamarmotte are you asking because you don't know or because you have a different answer? Romance languages are based on latin. France, while grammatically is structured like Germanic based languages, stems from latin based words. A latin speaking individual is latino. So yeah, I guess I am.
