I used my laptop to videotape myself being subjected to the Socratic method at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, in a case called Buck v. Bell. For more random snippets of law school, check out my blog: http://uofllawschool.blogspot.com/

  • Oddly enough, I just read this case today for Con Law II. And somehow I stumbled on this video! The sentence "Three generations of imbeciles are enough" definitely has a way of sticking in your mind. I wish I could be as articulate when cold called in class! My answers usually start with "Ummmmmm" as I frantically try to find my book-brief.

  • You did well. :) I learned of this case in Civ Pro from my professor saying "3 gen's of imbeciles are enough." YIKES. So, you did great!
